The Charger Bulletin

Tiara Starks
Tiara Starks is a junior at the University of New Haven. She is majoring in communication with a concentration in film production. Tiara became involved with the Charger Bulletin in 2018 during her freshman year as a contributing writer and became the Entertainment Editor in the spring of 2020. She is actively involved on campus by being a member of clubs and organizations such as the University’s NAACP chapter, Communication Club, and Student Philanthropy Club. She plans to work in the entertainment and media industry post-graduation.
