It’s your money; use it!
Another year is upon us and that means another year of planning and organizing events! I know that the first few weeks of the semester can be hectic and crazy but remember when planning your events that time is everything.
The best advice that I can give to start out this year is to make sure that you’re organized and to submit all paperwork and requests in a timely manner. Remember check requests must be in two weeks prior to an event and contract authorization forms must be in one month prior to an event for Level One events and two weeks prior to an event for Level Two and Three events.
RSOs—you were granted the money to fund your events this year so make sure you can get the most out of your funding by staying on top of your requests!
