F**k U Over: This song is very catchy, not only by the lyrics but by the rhythm and flow of how they put everything together.
Happy For You: The start of the song has the drums with Brian in the background singing quietly. This song has a calm rhythm and you’re able to listen to the lyrics and the meaning to them.
Jukebox: The start of the song is very catchy, it makes you want to get up and dance along. When Brian sings, “Life goes on, we have all night,” it makes you think and understand that it’s not the end of the world and to live your life.
Legendary: In the beginning of the song, you have an intro with the instruments followed by Brian’s vocals. The song has a very soothing feeling and really touches you in a way of love.
Lighting in a Bottle: This song makes you want to jump around and dance like no body is watching. The title of this song is very catchy and fits with the rest of the lyrics.
Maybe Tonight: First, Brian starts off by just stating something, which makes you want to just listen to what he is talking about. He explains who they are by saying they are the “Half Moon Kids”.
Rescue: The thing that caught my attention was the beginning with the drums and rhythm as they were playing. Love the harmonies in the middle of the song to accompany Brian’s vocals.
Someday: At the start, it made me think of the time when it’s a slow song and you just sway back and forth holding up a lighter.
The Way We Were: Starting off, you have the piano, followed by Brian’s voice. The melody to this song is incredible and really fits with the lyrics.
7 Days: The song starts off very slowly and has a calmer melody. It is this point when everything winds down and you start to just listen of the meaning of what is being said.
Heart on the Floor: This song’s melody is also slower and then makes you want to clap along to the lyrics. This song makes me feel a part of a chorus, and it is a big sing along.
Boomerang: This song really catches your attention by the way they start off the song, with Brian’s lyrics. I would have to say it is a great party song to jam out to and sing along.
This summer, The Summer Set will be joining Vans Warped Tour; so if it is coming to your state don’t miss out to see them live. They really know how to get their fans pumped.
