Positives:
-Family Day went great, so many families showed up this year! And great job at the football game, Chargers!
-Did anyone see the lighted peace sign in the Quad during International Day of Peace last Friday? Absolutely stunning!
Negatives:
-Why did I (and half of the campus) have to get sick now? Don’t I realize that I have a lot of work to do!?
-That moment when you see a certain someone and that alone ruins your entire day. Why can’t drama isolate itself in movies and books where it belongs?
The Battery Charge:
I’ve always found it both amusing and irritating (though mostly irritating) that flu bugs sweep across at the busiest and most inconvenient times of the year. Yes, I understand stress being a contributing factor and everything like that, but just once I’d like to have the ability to actually stay in my bed and do nothing when I’m too sick to do anything.
