Positives:
+ UNH is installing solar panels in Celantano Hall in order to conserve energy, and they’ll save the University an estimated $20,000. That means students will save about $3 each—don’t spend it all in one place!
+ Fall break was a fun, much deserved mini-vacation.
Negatives:
-Given that knowing how to work a microwave wasn’t a requirement for getting into college, it’s safe to say that the West Haven fire department could find this school with their eyes closed.
-Fall break is over, and most of us won’t be heading back home until Thanksgiving, so we’re just going to have to stick it out until then.
The Battery Charge
It’s getting to be that time of year again where it’s ridiculously cold and staying in bed marathoning Gilmore Girls seems like a much better option than going to class. Try to stay strong, but remember that a mental health day (or two… or three) isn’t always a bad thing.
