HEY everyone! It’s been awhile but here is what you missed! The SCOPE Co-Chairs released the Spring Concert 2010 lineup: Travie McCoy, Jay Sean, 3OH!3 and Cobra Starship. The concert also includes the newly added emcee Kflay. This year’s spring concert will be amazing and is sure to bring lots of surprises! Tickets will be available shortly and information will go out about sales times. Volunteer forms are available if anyone would like to help out with setup or the concert itself. We will need help setting up the stage, unloading and loading all the equipment, and hospitality. SCOPE always takes very good care of our volunteers.

Now for this week!

Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. in the Alumni Lounge we will be having Joe and Bil (When the Gays Move into Mr. Rogers Neighborhood). A funny, interactive program by Joe and Bil about two gay fraternity guys living as a couple in a world of heterosexual privilege. Come laugh and learn a new perspective about this segment of our community!

Wednesday Special Events will be hosting Bean House at 9 p.m. in the programming space. Come on out and show off your talent. We will also be holding signups for our Six Flag trip at Bean House.

The movie for the week will be When in Rome in the Alumni Lounge at 7:30 on Wednesday and Friday.

Thursday we have Stevie Starr in the Alumni Lounge at 9 p.m.

Friday we will have giant games in the Maxcy Parking lot from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. There will be a variety of games, inflatable rides, and even a giant fire truck that makes pizza. It will be a great time and everyone should come out!

Saturday we will be taking a trip to Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey.

On Sunday, SCOPE and the fire science club are working together and will be hosting a trip to different firehouses in New Jersey.
