My fellow Chargers,

As the week goes on, take a moment to catch your breath and enjoy your college experience. These moments only happen once so remember to enjoy them. I continue to encourage you all to get involved, go to as many events and games as you can, and show your Charger Pride!

For those of you interested in joining USGA, there are still vacant Senator seats, and applications can be found on Charger Connection.

This Saturday the USGA will be going to the Orange Campus for the first New Horizons Summit where we will spend the day learning and growing as a student government. I look forward to telling you the successfulness of this event in next week’s President’s Corner.

This Thursday marks the thirteenth anniversary of the attacks on Sep 11, 2001. USGA will be hosting the Annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony in the Maxcy Quad on Thursday, 9/11, at 12:15 p.m. Join us in unity as we honor the day and the lives that were lost.
