Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has officially announced that he will be playing Black Adam in the Shazam movie. He has been rumored to be playing either Black Adam, Shazam or Green Lantern for the past few months.
Strangely, DC has hinted that the Shazam film may not be a part of the broader Justice League Universe, but we do not know for fact.
