Positives
+ Due to the third degree burns suffered after the publication of last week’s issue, it is my pleasure to report that Richard Rotella was not on campus as often as he has been in the past, with only 25 sightings reported.
+ Major props to the University for hosting such a touching ceremony on Friday to honor the heroes and victims of 9/11 on the fourteenth anniversary of the attacks.
Negatives
– Has anybody else noticed that the only way to get that “tree” over by Soundview to move is if you hit it with the jet streams coming from the sprinklers? #art
– Not a lot of people go into the library, and for anybody who has gone in there recently and has seen the new renovations, I think it’s safe to say that people will be going in there even less.
The Battery Charge
This weekend, UNH gave a beautiful tribute and dedication to senior soccer player Ashley Dawson’s brother, Corporal John Dawson, who died in Afghanistan this past April, which just further proves that, at the end of the day, the UNH community is a family, first and foremost.
