“Let your voice be heard!”
This tip is geared more towards all of the members of an organization rather than just the executive board, but every once in a while, you may be presented with an idea that you disagree with that may be very popular within your organization. Even if it’s likely that you will be outvoted, it is important to ensure that your opinion and your voice are heard in those meetings. In the end, you will regret the times you let your opinions go unvoiced, more than the times you stated an opinion that not everyone agreed with.
