Hello everyone and welcome back from Thanksgiving Break! I hope the food was great and you were able to both relax and make some new memories with friends and family.
From my perspective, it is quite strange to see how much has changed from high school. Whether you are a freshman, sophomore, junior or senior, each year you will undoubtedly observe how much you and your friends from high school have changed. Much of this change is for the better as you each have moved towards new things and accomplished much in a short amount of time.
For any of you who braved the hordes of shoppers on Black Friday, I tip my hat to you. It seems as though the stores have been opening earlier and earlier every year. This year, sleeping in and getting rest was a bigger priority than diving into the fray for the latest technology for me. Over the next few weeks, other holidays will be on our minds as we cruise into winter break. If you think the recharge from this weekend was rewarding, just wait until we get back from the next break.
For those of us seniors, it think the harshest realization from this past week may be the fact that six months from now, we will have graduated with our college degrees. Enough of that though, it has been a great ride thus far. Let’s finish off this semester strong and get ready to tackle the next one!
Have a great week and good luck with your last few classes!
