Tomorrow is the first UNH PRIDE Club meeting of the year! As a proud member, I strongly encourage all who are interested to attend. We welcome everyone and love to have as many people join as possible.

For those who are  not familiar with PRIDE, our mission is to do all of the following:

• Encourage acceptance and tolerance within the diverse population of our university
• Promote pride in our community
• Create a safe environment for, and educate all students of the University of New Haven
• Seek to empower the students and address the isolation of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community
• Address the concerns of students who are straight or questioning their sexuality

This club is open to all genders, sexual preferences, and their allies.

Meetings will be held every Wednesday at 8:30 P.M. in DeDominics Meeting Room (2nd floor in Bartels, left of the Alumni Lounge).

We are holding elections for the positions of Secretary and Sergeant at Arms (person that holds order if someone speaks at the same time an eboard member does).

Anyone who goes to the meeting and is interested in one of these positions please show up at 8:15 P.M.
