Beginning the transition process
The transition process for new E-Boards is one of the most common issues that RSOs have. If you’re an executive leaving your position after this year, make sure to begin meeting with the incoming executive as soon as you’re elected/appointed. Don’t just read the job description in your constitution, also discuss issues that have come up over the year, areas that need to be addressed and things that you wish you had done differently.
