“Allow time for yourself.”
Whether it’s a nap in the middle of an all-nighter or a quick break during an event that your RSO is running, take some time every once in a while for yourself, and do something that you want to do. Not only will this benefit yourself, but by taking a step back in a long or hectic situation, you can clear your mind, find a new perspective and think of a new approach that could benefit those around you. To quote poet Catherine Pulsifer, “Allow yourself relaxation, and when you do you will find new ideas.”
