Important Dates
The end of the semester is rapidly approaching, so I wanted to remind you all to keep a few things in mind:
Reading day is Tuesday, Dec. 8, so no programming can occur past Monday, Dec. 7.
If you are programming Dec. 7, the latest you can submit your paperwork is Nov. 23
Dec. 11 is the LAST DAY for any paperwork to be submitted for this semester, no exceptions. This means Check Requests for vendors, Check Requests for reimbursements, Contract Authorizations for events you are planning for right when we get back in January, everything! *No exceptions*
BILLS ATTEMPTED TO BE PAID AFTER DEC. 11 WILL NOT BE PAID!
