Managing Miscellaneous

RSOs, as you know, the miscellaneous account is starting to run low and I just wanted to remind you about policies regarding the miscellaneous account. The funding that is within the USGA Miscellaneous account is available for all RSOs to have the opportunity to request from for any event or function on or off campus. The money that is awarded for miscellaneous can only be used for that specific function or expense that it is allocated for.

I just wanted to remind you all of this as any remaining funds that was awarded from miscellaneous is to be returned to the miscellaneous account following your event or function. The USGA Assistant Treasurer has reached out to all RSOs who have received miscellaneous funding to ensure that all unspent money is returned to USGA so that other organizations have the same opportunity to receive funding from miscellaneous as you did.
