One week left!

RSOs, as we return from Spring Break and get back into the swing of things for the rest of the semester, I just wanted to remind you all that you have one week left to submit your budgets for next year! Again, the Yearly Budget forms are available on ChargerConnection under USGA Documents and both the Yearly Budget Spreadsheet and Supplement need to be submitted to [email protected] by 11:59:59 on March 31 from your RSO email accounts. If you don’t submit your Budget for the 2015-2016 year by this time, your budget is subject to an 80 percent reduction following the budget committee’s evaluation of your submitted budget request.

In addition to this stipulation, two other stipulations also exist; one for modified formatting and the other for incomplete forms. If the formatting of your forms are modified in any way, your budget is subject to a 25 percent reduction or if your forms are not fully complete they are subject to a 33 percent reduction. Make sure that your forms are fully completed and completed properly!

By submitting your Yearly Budget forms on time and in the proper manner, your RSO can be ensured that you will not be subject to these stipulations! So, if you haven’t already submitted your budget request you have until 11:59:59 on March 31 to do so, so don’t wait until the last minute!
