Seth Harrington is a communications major with concentrations in film production and TV/Video production. He has been a part of the Charger Bulletin's broadcast, Charger Bulletin News, but this is his first year with the Bulletin's newspaper. As the associate editor for graphic design, he helps create images for articles and also creates comics.
