Hello everyone and welcome back,
I hope you all enjoyed your breaks and were able to rest and spend time with family and friends at home. Now that the semester has begun, it will surely be flying by. It may be winter now, paired with cold weather and lots of snow, but spring is right around the corner. With the warm weather will come many exciting and fun events like the USGA’s Last Man Standing competition, where you will be able to compete in strenuous challenges, Greek Week where the Greek Organizations compete in entertaining and spirited challenges, conferences for many of our professional organizations, and many events for our club sports.
Starting just this week, you will all see an event each day in the month of February to celebrate Black History Month. All of these events will be a great deal of fun, and I recommend you attend as many as you can. To cap off an extremely jam packed semester will be our annual Spring Weekend Carnival and Concert.
USGA meetings will be at 1:45 p.m. every Wednesday in the Alumni Lounge this semester with our first meeting this week. Please contact me at [email protected] if you have any questions!
Study hard, have fun, and make Spring 2013 a memorable semester!
