WEST HAVEN, Conn. – The University of New Haven Department of Athletics has announced a partnership with Stretch Internet as the exclusive home of live video streaming for Charger athletics on NewHavenChargers.com.
NewHavenChargers.com will once again stream live video free of charge for all home events in football, men’s and women’s basketball, women’s lacrosse, men’s and women’s soccer and women’s volleyball.
Through the department’s upgrade to Stretch Internet, all contests will be available for the first time in high definition in a portal that also integrates live statistics.
Live events from NewHavenChargers.com and Stretch Internet will also now be available for mobile viewing on nearly every mobile device.
In addition to live game video, NewHavenChargers.com will continue to feature free and exclusive on-demand content including interviews, highlight packages and live audio broadcasts of home and road events.
Links to live video will be available on each sport’s schedule page and, on game day, will be prominently featured on the home page of NewHavenChargers.com.
Stretch Internet, based in Mesa, Ariz., was founded in 2003 by a former college athletics media relations professional who saw a need to provide affordable, high-quality streaming to college and university athletic departments.
