NEW HAVEN–On Saturday, May 16 at 7:30 p.m., Elm City Dance Collective will present SNAP, an evening of dance created by Kellie Ann Lynch, at Center for the Arts at Christ Church in New Haven, Conn.
ECDC invites the audience to enjoy drinks and light fare while being immersed in SNAP, a movement performance that explores the rarefied, hyper-stylized world of high fashion. SNAP offers a twisted perspective on the glamorous couture world of the runway show. From signature walks to explosive dance, SNAP creates a bizarre fantasy world unto itself.
The performance will take place in The Undercroft at CACC, located at 84 Broadway, New Haven. Tickets are $25 ($15 for students and seniors). Reservations are recommended and may be made by calling (401) 741-8140.
