If there’s anyone that has a band who would be interested in playing their own songs in a MEISA show you can!

MEISA (Music Entertainment Industry Students Association) is putting on their annual Battle of the Bands show on Thursday April 15th.

This is one of the best concerts MEISA puts on! It doesn’t matter what type of music your band plays we love to have a diversity of genres. One of the requirements you have to do in this show is play a cover of a song by an artist of the clubs choosing.

This year the bands who enter will have to cover a Lady Gaga song.

Here’s how you enter:

• Put a Demo CD with 2-3 songs in the MEISA mailbox by March 1st.

(The MEISA box is on the top floor of Bartels Hall next to the scope office. There’s a bunch of club boxes there. Look towards the bottom until you see the box that says Music Entertainment Industry Students Association).

• The Demo should include the band name, a member of the bands name, phone number and email to contact them.
