At the Graduate Student Council’s Meeting on Wednesday September, 21, the GSC collected School Supplies for the Savin Rock School. The project was headed up by GSC Community Service Chair Daniel Kent (second year Graduate Student). When asked about the event, Daniel explained, “The donations were more than expected; Graduate Students care about the community and show that by giving extra school supplies to help Savin Rock School.” The Graduate Student Council meets every other Wednesday in their new location in the Student Dining Room at 5:00 p.m. If interested in learning more about the Community Service and other opportunities for Graduate Students email [email protected]
