Happy Belated Easter everyone! But this weekend, SCOPE was celebrating Easter like students used to do as kids. Every kid used to hunt for Easter Eggs when they were little, and SCOPE wanted to bring you back to your childhood by having an Easter Egg Hunt. On Saturday April 7, SCOPE met students in the Bixler/Botwinik Quad to start the hunt.
There were so many eggs sprawled all over both the Bixler/Botwinik Quad and the Maxcy Quad. Students ran around finding eggs hidden in plain sight and searched for ones that were very hard to find. Of course what would an Easter Egg Hunt be without some candy? And all the hundreds of eggs that were all over the place in both Quads were filled to the brim with loads of candy.
Not only did students get candy, but they also got some really great prizes. Easter wouldn’t be Easter without some Easter Egg Baskets and the eggs all over both the Quads got some lucky and hard searching students some really great Easter baskets. There was a movie basket, beach basket, and more. It was a great beginning to a great Easter Weekend.
