A bit about John Heffron, from Wikipedia:
John Heffron is an American stand-up comic. He grew up the oldest in his family. He is married to Rie Heffron, participant in the first season of reality show America’s Toughest Jobs. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University. By the time Heffron reached 25 years of age, he was a successful comedian, and took a job as radio sidekick to Danny Bonaduce on a highly rated Detroit morning show on Q95-5.
While a student at South Lyon High School in Michigan, Heffron was a successful wrestler.
Heffron has appeared on Comedy Central Presents, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and won the second season of Last Comic Standing. He appeared as contestant of the third season of Last Comic Standing ranking third place with Rich Vos overall and runner-up for Season 2.
He has also been a guest on E! Entertainment’s “Chelsea Lately” numerous times.
Heffron has done commentary on the 2004 VH1 TV series My Coolest Years: My First Time, and other VH1 shows.[citation needed]
Heffron toured with Charlie Murphy and Joe Rogan in Maxim and Bud Light’s Real Men of Comedy tour in the fall of 2006.[1]
On September 4, 2007, Heffron made his debut hosting his own internet broadcast on NowLive.com.
On June 15, 2008, Heffron was among those who roasted Gene Simmons on an episode of Gene Simmons Family Jewels. Comedian Lisa Lampanelli jabbed at Heffron during her portion of the roast, saying “Let me pause long enough so everyone can look him up on Wikipedia.”
Heffron co-hosted several episodes of The Tony Rock Project.
Heffron has released a board game called That Guy Game, and several CDs. These are called Good Kid, Bad Adult (2005), The Better Half (2006), Kid With a Cape (2007).
