Cupcake Corner

-1 cup flour
-1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
-¼ teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-dash of salt
-1/4 cup butter, softened
-2/3 cup of sugar
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup sour cream
-1 ½ teaspoon red food coloring
-1 teaspoon vanilla



1.    Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
2.    Beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs until blended. Beat in sour cream.
3.    Blend dry ingredients. Blend in red food coloring and vanilla
4.    Place cupcake paper in snack size Tupperware and place in microwave.
5.    Cook 1 and 1/2 minutes in the microwave and then let sit for 5 minutes.
6.    Add frosting. Cream cheese goes great!
